In collaboration with ubub umweltbildung umweltberatung (ubub.ch) we conducted a workshop in the KEZO (Zweckverband Kehrichtverwertung Zürcher Oberland) to improve visitor guidance. In a small group, the participants simulated short visitor tours, which were recorded on video and subsequently discussed and analysed. In the post-processing the participants received their recordings and a summary with the impressions and possible improvements.
