The Horse pilot has been successfully completed. It started in 2024 and ended in early 2026, made possible by a grant from Movetia (movetia.ch). It has been – and continues to be – an intense, exciting, and inspiring project. 

Several hundred students from Indonesia, India, Switzerland, and other countries took part in international collaborative projects. Their latest contributions can now be explored on dontwastemy.energy.

During the pilot, we learned a lot. We further developed The Horse and its underlying BEFTER method (dontwastemy.energy), and applied COIL – Collaborative Online International Learning – in practice. This took The Horse project to a new level.

The Horse is ready to gallop into its next adventure.
