During our Far East trip we got to know Willy Chen who became our friend. We decided spontaneously to create a website about Lanyu (lanyu.land), also known as Orchid Island, a small Pacific Island located at the most Eastern point of Taiwan.
The project: A lanyu.land website providing information for people from all over the world about Lanyu's nature and culture. The website was originally (12.2016) in realized as a webapp on Azure and was running on servers in Asia, built with WordPress. Today it's hosted in Switzerland. [updated 2023.03.21]
